Refunds
We do not offer refunds on any purchases. All sales are final.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 2 working days of receiving your order.
To qualify for an exchange:
• Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Tag must still be attached
• Customer must provide proof of purchase
Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged:
• Earrings
• Personal accessories
• Sale or discounted items
Damaged or Wrong Item
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours with clear photo evidence.
